The 0.10% concentration is deliberately low to minimize irritation while still working. If your skin is new to retinol, follow the included 4-week ramp protocol: 1 hour every evening Week 1, 2 hours Week 2, 3 hours Week 3, full overnight Week 4 and beyond.
How long until I see results?
Expect 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use for visible improvement. Dr. Rivers's own words: "Retinols have the ability to synthesize collagen and stimulate some elastic tissue, but the changes that you see take a long time."
